Business Analyst

Analyze business processes, systems, and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams. Gather, understand, and document requirements from stakeholders while coordinating between business, technology, and operations teams to ensure alignment of project objectives. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and diagrams, and assist QA teams in testing and validation. Support solution design, implementation, and system enhancement initiatives while tracking project progress and coordinating with stakeholders for timely delivery using JIRA and draw.io. Assist in internal and external audits related to systems, security, and compliance, and participate in effort estimation, risk assessment, and version maintenance activities.
