Job Summary
Business Analyst responsible for supporting the Defense Logistics Agency and Digital Transformation programs, with duties including Scrum team support, detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and functionality testing. Must bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, analyze internal processes for improvement, collaborate with development and stakeholder teams to transform requirements into solutions, conduct meetings/presentations, and document results. Role involves ongoing reviews of business processes, staying current on IT advancements to automate and modernize systems, and working across projects with engineers, analysts, and other team members to deliver software solutions that meet client expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- US citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance
- 3 years of applicable experience in agile business requirements or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience creating user stories and defining acceptance criteria
- Direct experience with Software Development Life Cycle and processes in a team environment including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology
- ServiceNow experience strongly preferred
