Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support business operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive strategic decisions. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement; gathering, organizing, and interpreting data to support decision-making; creating reports and dashboards; collaborating with different departments to understand business needs; assisting in developing strategies and operational solutions; monitoring project progress and providing status updates; identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis; and supporting process optimization and workflow improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business analysis, operations, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data analysis
- Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with business processes and project coordination
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
