Job Summary
Identify workflow bottlenecks and process inefficiencies across a fast-growing national program, then design and implement enhancements that improve consistency and throughput. Assist in developing standard operating procedures, templates, guidance documents, and workflow diagrams used across analysis, engineering, and program management functions. Perform data validation and completeness checks across documents, datasets, and analytic outputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with Federal client standards. Prepare draft and final program documentation, including summaries, briefing materials, and governance packages, for review by technical leaders and executives. Maintain disciplined document control practices, versioning, and structured repository organization to ensure program materials are discoverable, traceable, and compliant with audit and oversight requirements. Work closely with technical SMEs, program managers, and mission-unit leadership to propose and implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, workflow development, process mapping, or program operations within a technical, data‑driven, or telecommunications environment
- Experience supporting programs with rapid workload growth, complex governance processes, or multi‑stakeholder decision workflows
- Experience in working with technical SMEs, program managers, and leadership to identify workflow bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement enhanced processes
- Experience with maintaining audit‑ready artifacts that document investment decisions, supporting evidence, dependencies, and outcomes, and document management
- US citizenship or permanent resident and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

- Experience tracking performance metrics and trend analysis across multi-year timeframes
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement tracking or program performance reporting
