Job Summary
Business Analyst collaborates with the Product Owner to translate business benefits and strategy into backlog-driven delivery. Responsible for eliciting, validating, and documenting requirements into epics, user stories, and high-level wireframes; communicating requirements backlog to lean‐agile teams; acting as a proxy PO when needed; aiding in backlog prioritization and planning; delivering end-user training and process documentation; supporting outward-facing engagements and Solution Design; producing and managing UAT plans and ensuring issues are tracked with CCC lean‐agile guidelines; liaising between Product and cross-functional teams to facilitate elicitation, prioritization, and decision-making. Strong focus on documenting current and future-state business processes, QA review of test cases, and contributing to the BA Practice.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Demonstrable experience with complex application development through the software development life cycle
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) understanding highly desirable
- Strong experience of working on products with heavy UX/UI requirements is highly desirable
- Experience working on products with heavy search and analytics requirements and demonstrable backlog management
- Experience creating artefacts (Wireframes, Data Dictionaries, etc.) using tools such as Google Docs, Visio/LucidChart, Axure
- Experience of business process modelling in standard notations
- Formal courses in lean-agile methodology; certification preferred (BCS/ISEB, IIBA, CSPO/PSPO, PMI-PBA)
