Job Summary
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for strategic Finance Implementation Projects. Design operational and accounting processes aligned with business needs, define financial data flows between systems, and produce detailed functional specifications for technical teams. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, while supporting chart of accounts evolution and project governance meetings. Contribute to testing strategies, execute accounting and reporting validation, and support users during post-implementation phases. Manage enhancement requests related to financial interfaces, investigate functional issues, and propose sustainable solutions for finance applications.
Required Qualifications
- at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, finance or accounting environments
