Job Summary
Define and document business functions, processes, and objectives while analyzing the integration of business activities with technology. Consult with management and personnel to identify current operational procedures, problems, and input/output requirements. Recommend new processes yielding operational efficiencies and conduct cost-benefit analyses. Develop or assist with project work plans, timelines, and ITBs, RFIs, RFPs, and contracts. Maintain working knowledge of accounting, procurement, finance, or contract management, including Louisiana procurement laws and vendor negotiations for IT assets. Requires Bachelor's degree, strong Excel skills for data modeling, and familiarity with PowerBi and Power Automate. Available for remote work with regular on-site presence in Baton Rouge, LA.
Required Qualifications

- Available to work from Baton Rouge, LA on a regular basis
- Familiar with State of Louisiana procurement laws and procedures
- Experience in developing technical specifications
- Experience negotiating with vendors to acquire IT assets
