Job Summary
Business Analyst role within Computershare CTS, based in Montreal with a hybrid work arrangement. Lead and facilitate structured workshops with stakeholders and end users to identify and prioritize requirements. Gather requirements, translate business needs into actionable insights for the development team, and write high-quality User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to shape the Product Backlog. Apply Agile practices to deliver value incrementally, contribute to the Analyst community, and assist in building BA team competency. 3+ years of BA experience in an Agile software development environment, strong stakeholder liaison, and excellent communication skills. Bonus points for experience with financial systems and BA certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile software development environment
- Experience liaising with stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate for the development team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
