Business Analyst - Commercial Operations location Montbonnot, France, CDI. Responsibilities include business performance management: daily revenue tracking, KPI accuracy, forecasting support, country performance management, and leadership reviews; data & BI responsibilities: ensure data quality and governance, manage core data structures (customers, products, hierarchies), design and enhance dashboards and reports, monitor KPIs (sales, margins, field performance), identify simplification and automation opportunities; Sales Force Effectiveness & Commercial Operations: manage incentive calculations, support target setting and performance tracking, analyze field force performance across territories, customers, and channels; Strategic Projects & Collaboration: partner with local and international teams, drive cross-functional analyses, lead tool/process adoption.
