Job Summary
Business Analyst role within Wells Fargo's EMEA Wholesale Operations Change team, focusing on Lending and Channel Finance in Commercial Banking. You will analyse and define business requirements across lending lifecycle and channel finance processes, design and document BRD, process flows, use cases, and data mappings, perform impact assessments across Operations, Credit/Risk, and Technology platforms, support project delivery (scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines), manage RAID, support system enhancements including UAT and implementation, track requirements and delivery in JIRA/Confluence, collaborate with stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, and Operations, and support governance forums with analysis and updates. The role requires strong BA experience in financial services, understanding of lending lifecycle, familiarity with Channel Finance / Supply Chain Finance, operational change and transformation experience, ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into clear documentation, strong stakeholder engagement, risk mindset, and experience with Agile or hybrid delivery environments; LoanIQ experience is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Business Analysis experience in financial services, preferably in Commercial Banking or Lending Operations
- Experience in Channel Finance / Supply Chain Finance (preferred)
- Experience in operational change and transformation initiatives
- Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into clear, structured documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions
- High attention to detail with a strong risk and control mindset
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments and associated tooling (JIRA/Confluence)
- Experience of LoanIQ is essential
