Job Summary
Business Analyst Co-Op focusing on developing and maintaining BI reports, dashboards, and standard analytics to support decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Collaborates with FP&A to gather data, validate and analyze sources, monitor performance metrics (sales trends, product performance, customer metrics, operational KPIs), and prepare performance materials. Responsibilities include automating/reporting improvements, supporting month-end close analyses, handling ad-hoc requests, defining KPIs and data definitions, and documenting processes. Strong Excel skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders are required; pursuing a BA/BS in a related field is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing BA or BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Analytics or related degree
- Experience with BI/reporting tools preferred (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to communicate analytical insights clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of data literacy
- Collaborative, service‐oriented mindset with a desire to support business partners across the organization
- Curiosity and motivation to continuously learn the business and improve analytical capabilities
- Work authorization in the United States (not eligible for sponsorship)
