Job Summary
Take effective notes and stay organized to ensure overall project success, while providing regular status updates on assigned tasks to the project team. Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration tasks including data transformation, UI/UX development, process automation, and security management with guidance from technical leads. Proactively escalate and mitigate risks before they impact the project, supporting basic change management and training efforts such as creating videos and regression test scripts. This role may require occasional local travel based on project needs. Candidates must be detail-oriented team players with experience supporting complex technical projects, ideally holding Salesforce certifications or demonstrating success on Trailhead.
