Business Analyst

Business Analyst for NYC DCWP (Department of Consumer and Worker Protection) to augment the PMO. Reporting to the Executive Director of the PMO, the role supports project delivery by providing business analysis, operational support, and coordination across multiple projects and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with experience supporting enterprise applications, business processes, and data analysis initiatives. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, handling operational support and issue resolution, and producing and maintaining documentation and collaboration artifacts using tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and DevOps platforms. The position may be eligible for remote work up to 2 days per week under the Flexible Work Pilot Program. Location: New York City, NY (in-person/hybrid) within the NYC government context.
