Business Analyst

Capture detailed requirements from business users and stakeholders, documenting them into User stories and Business Specifications for review and approval. Manage and track requirement status throughout the project lifecycle, enforce change management processes, and provide on-site support for User Acceptance Testing. Support both IT and business testing processes while working with users to establish best practice principles. Play an active role in all phases of the project lifecycle, encompassing planning, functional design, development, testing, user liaison, training, deployment planning, execution, and end-user support.
