Job Summary
The Business Analyst will translate business requirements into technical specifications while collaborating with technical and business teams. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing new technologies, developing and communicating technical requirements, and creating detailed project requirements for third-party developers. This role requires strong data analysis skills, detail orientation, and effective communication with executives. A Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field is mandatory, along with extensive experience in software development and ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field
- 10 cumulative years of software development experience or exposure
- 2+ years work experience in a technical support role
- 3+ years experience working with ERP Systems
- Advanced technical knowledge of Dynamics, NetSuite, or both
- 2+ years work experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional requirements documents (FRD), and/or Agile artifacts such as User Stories or Product/Sprint backlogs
Desired Qualifications
- Robust experience with MS Office including intermediate Excel skills
- Working knowledge of Visio or other process visualization tools
- Understanding of business operations, purchasing, inventory management, planning and finance
