Job Summary
Partner with traders, portfolio managers, and compliance stakeholders to define CRIMS requirements for manager workbench, blotter, and trade workflow processes. Translate business needs into functional specifications, gap analyses, and workflow diagrams while supporting the design and implementation of trade lifecycle processes. Collaborate with onshore teams, external vendors, and Charles River Development to document requirements and ensure clear delivery. Lead stakeholder communications, maintain traceability between objectives and technical solutions, and participate in system integration and user acceptance testing. Provide business-focused production support, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination for critical trading and compliance processes. This hybrid role in Vancouver offers a base salary of $100,000-$120,000 plus an annual performance bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college
- 4+ years of business analysis, technical analysis, or systems analyst experience supporting investment operations
- Strong knowledge of trading lifecycle, portfolio management, multi-asset investment operations, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical problem solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to work across geographies and time zones with remote teams and provide support during critical release windows
- Hybrid model with a combination of in-office and remote working days throughout the week
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of OEMS or technical support experience is preferred
- Experience with SQL and familiarity with the C#.NET technology stack are an asset
