Job Summary
Business Analyst at Judi Health collaborates with PMs, engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to enable on-time delivery of the product roadmap. You’ll intake product requests, triage data errors in the tech stack, manage issue prioritization with operations and implementations, help build business requirements with the APM, review tickets for misintent, and provide data-driven recommendations for high-value product enhancements. You’ll assist with user experience testing, documentation, stakeholder communication, and backlog planning, while adhering to the Judi Health Code of Conduct. The role emphasizes translating between technical and non-technical audiences, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration to improve member experiences and drive down costs for employers. Remote options include US-based locations (Denver, CO; New York, NY) or fully remote US roles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an Analyst role, Software Engineering role or related work experience
- Demonstratable knowledge of SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools
- Familiarity with the agile framework/Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred
- Experience with Github or similar source code repositories
- Demonstratable knowledge of the Python programming language preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate between technical and not technical audiences both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Working knowledge of common methods of data exchange
- Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Intellectual and professional curiosity
