Job Summary
Act as a subject matter expert for Calypso, Capital Markets, and execution management systems, translating front, middle, and back-office requirements into functional solutions. Support the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, and transition. Analyze current-state processes to identify performance improvements and design future-state processes that maximize platform capabilities. Configure and support Front, Middle, and Back Office capabilities to meet Treasury, Portfolio Compliance, and Risk requirements. Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive evidence-based decision-making across investment services.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Calypso Specialist or similar professional within capital markets, implementation or support environments
- Strong understanding of front, middle and back-office investment operations
- Experience across areas such as collateral, trade support, settlements, reconciliations, payments, regulatory reporting, securities finance and performance attribution
- Proven experience translating business requirements into functional solutions and managing requirements throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and process improvement
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- The ability to work effectively within complex environments and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

- Experience with platforms including Calypso, Aladdin, Murex, Bloomberg, Tradeweb, Refinitiv, SWIFT and MarkitWire
