Job Summary
IT Business Analyst providing technical and functional support to users of the bank's EIR Flows. Responsibilities include end-user support for Back Office, Finance teams and Business units; handling production issues, incident management and dashboards; monitoring and accounting-flow analysis; system administration and maintenance (rules management, data dictionary, setup of accounting and non-accounting flows); coordinating with central IT for production monitoring and incidents; and supporting monthly and quarterly financial closing. Requires expertise in Mainframe (Cobol/JCL), proficient in Microsoft Office, proactive, analytical, and strong communication in English. Includes permanent long-term contract, tech equipment, health and life insurance, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic team.

- Mainframe (Cobol or JCL) - Expert
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Expert
- Pro-active attitude with ability to work in a multicultural fast changing and demanding environment
- Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning & organization skills
- Work in a multi cultural environment
- Fluent in English
