Job Summary
Manage the complete lifecycle of requirements from initial specification to final delivery, driving Agile iterations and ensuring software meets technical and business standards. Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams to gather information, facilitate workshops, and translate needs into functional requirements, User Stories, and acceptance criteria. Own the testing lifecycle by defining strategies, preparing complex Integration System Testing scenarios for data flows, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing while managing defect tracking in ALM Octane and Jira. This role focuses on the evolution of third-party data ecosystems to streamline integration of new data and technologies, enhancing real-time availability across systems. You will work on a long-term permanent project with a dynamic, young team, supported by training in the latest technologies and access to tech equipment.

- More than 3 years of Experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role (within IT environment)
- Professional experience in Referential administration (data management, database)
- Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements using User Stories, Use Cases, and Business Rules
- Expert in process modeling (eg.: BPMN, UML) to visualize workflows and identify system impact/gaps
- Advanced expertise in Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint management, and strict prioritization of features to ensure the delivery of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
- Deep knowledge of the testing lifecycle, specifically in designing complex Integration System Testing (IST) for APIs/interfaces and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Experienced in defect management and ensuring full traceability from requirement to test case
- Strong understanding of application architecture, system interfaces, data flows, and integration patterns (e.g., APIs, Data Virtualization)
- Ability to analyze data quality and ensure consistency across multiple REFERENTIALS data sources
- Proficiency in ALM Octane (for requirement-to-test traceability and defect management)
- Proficiency in Jira (for task/backlog tracking)
- Proficiency in Confluence (for documentation and collaboration)
