Job Summary
Business Analyst / Specialist to support BI and data-analytics initiatives across EQT’s Midstream and Growth Programs, acting as a link between business operations, data analytics, and technology teams to develop insights, dashboards, and reporting, while driving data-literacy and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, translating requirements into data models and KPIs, leading data validation and governance, supporting BI platform integrations, cross-functional analytics for ad-hoc scenarios, and training team members on data tools and visualization techniques. Desired skills include Power BI/Tableau/Salesforce, Python/R, SQL, data modeling, data governance, and experience with data warehousing and enterprise data standards; occasional travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required
- 3–7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or operational analysis
- Proficiency with Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, or similar visualization tools; experience with Salesforce highly preferred
- Proficiency with Python and R
- Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL querying, and report automation
- Strong understanding of machine learning and large language models
- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and enterprise data governance
- Experience working with pipeline operations, asset management, or systems planning data is a plus
- Occasional travel may be required
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across teams at all levels of the organization
- Remote work is being considered... unless willing to relocate
