Business Analyst

Job Summary
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business performance drivers, translating business questions into analytical approaches. Create meaningful visualizations using Power BI or Tableau to monitor key KPIs and deliver regular and ad-hoc analysis supporting strategic decision-making. Provide training and guidance to business stakeholders on dashboards and reporting tools while improving data quality and governance. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within supply chain, operations, or commercial analytics. Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and Python or R is essential. The position is a hybrid of office/remote working with no travel expected. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics
- Experience within supply chain, operations, or commercial analytics
- Experience supporting finance, sales, or other business functions
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers through data-driven insights
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data modelling
- Hands-on experience in Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development and reporting
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis, automation, and process optimization
- No travel is expected with this role
- This role is a hybrid of office/remote working
