Job Summary
Gather and analyze business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and translating financial process needs into functional specifications. Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the ERP system to meet operational and financial needs while driving efficiency through process improvements. Develop test plans, coordinate resolution with the IT team, and train end-users to optimize ERP usage. Provide application support for ERP and connected systems, maintain data integrity through migration and validation, and assist in project management for delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 to 10 years overall experience, 3 to 7 years in ERP or financial systems, and fluency in English and French. This role supports BPA's sustainable design and technical innovation projects across Canada with a 37.5-hour workweek and hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5 to 10 years overall experience
- 3 to 7 years in a similar ERP or financial systems role
- Fluent in English and French, spoken and written
- Strong understanding of the ITIL framework
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment involving finance and IT
Desired Qualifications
- Professional designation: PMP certification (an asset)
