Business Analyst

Analyze and report on business processes to influence new feature development and enhancements. Collaborate with developers, testers, project managers, and stakeholders across departments or with external clients to elicit requirements and understand functional needs. Develop requirements specifications using standard templates, evaluate gathered data, and highlight risks and conflicts. Conduct BA sanity testing and maintain communication with customers to pre-empt proposed solutions. Deliver monthly and ad-hoc management reports while adhering to PMO governance. Manage multiple products simultaneously using Agile methodology, requiring strong analytical and gap analysis skills.
