Job Summary
Conduct business analysis for banking and financial rewards systems, utilizing detailed knowledge of IT standards, governance, and testing methodologies. Develop business process models using UML, BPM, and Visio while managing Agile development life cycles and change management initiatives. Coordinate project planning, organization, and execution with a focus on MIS, BI, and data warehousing solutions. Requires a relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, minimum 3-7 years of Business Analyst experience, and exposure to SQL.
Required Qualifications
- Must have proven experience as Business Analyst (BA) within the environment
- Business Analysis certification
- At least 3 - 7 years experience as Business Analyst
- Basic project management experience
- Exposure to SQL
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology
- Must have detailed knowledge of Banking and IT Standards and governance
- Must have detailed knowledge of Testing practices and methodology
Desired Qualifications
- Detailed knowledge of Agile development life cycle
