Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the design and transformation of payments investigations processes, analyzing current workflows, defining future-state solutions, and ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and ready for automation. Responsibilities include mapping business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet needs, supporting the creation of reports and business cases, and identifying automation opportunities. Experience with process modelling, re-engineering, and working in Agile/SAFe environments, plus knowledge of payments flows (SWIFT MT/ISO 20022, FPS, CHAPS, SEPA) and related tooling (e.g., Pega, low-code platforms) is desirable. This role is based in Bournemouth, United Kingdom, and requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear documentation.
