Support business requirements for banking and finance clients by assisting the Product Owner in studies and need articulation, drafting functional specifications with acceptance criteria, and facilitating internal team liaison. Execute validation and homologation tests for products, assist internal teams in configuring the ODIGO tool for voice and chat orchestration, and produce synthesis and presentation deliverables. Collaborate closely with partner vendors to ensure solution alignment.
