Job Summary
Gather and translate business requirements into Epics, User Stories, and acceptance criteria while supporting projects through analysis, process improvement, UAT, documentation, and implementation. Provide day-to-day operational support by responding to customer and internal enquiries to ensure the smooth running of business operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions for the E-Channel team, enhancing digital banking services and customer journeys. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential.
Required Qualifications
- experience in retail banking, digital banking or business analysis
- knowledge of online banking, cards, payments and compliance
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- experience with JIRA
- fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Desired Qualifications
- knowledge of SQL
- knowledge of Power BI
