Job Summary
Gather functional requirements and align scope and sequencing recommendations with product managers for medium to large banking initiatives. Refine backlogs and facilitate requirement alignment sessions using JIRA, Confluence, and Business Process Documentation. Leverage experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies to support business owners and product managers. Requires 3+ years of banking industry experience and proficiency with Agile and Jira. Full-time remote role with mandatory office attendance in Irving, TX upon reopening.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analyst experience within Banking industry
- Agile & Jira experience is a must have
- Experience providing requirements for medium to large initiatives
- Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
- Remote Job - Have to go to Irving, TX office when it reopens
