Business Analyst

Job Summary
Engage with OLG stakeholders, business users, and project teams to identify, analyze, and validate business requirements through workshops and interviews. Translate operational needs into functional requirements, develop documentation including process flows and user stories, and maintain traceability between customer expectations and delivered functionality. Develop test plans and scenarios, execute System Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing, while managing defects and validating solution readiness. Coordinate with delivery teams to support implementation readiness, deployment planning, and operational transitions, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated and tested. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in business analysis or QA, and experience in lottery or regulated industries. Travel within Ontario is required, and support may be needed outside normal business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Systems Analysis, software implementation, or related disciplines
- Experience supporting large-scale customer-facing technology implementation programs
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements
- Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing and customer-facing implementation programs
- Experience working within matrix organizations and global delivery models
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Experience working in lottery, gaming, government, regulated industries, public sector environments, or critical transaction-processing systems considered an asset
- Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and Canadian employment eligibility
- Submission to, and ability to successfully pass, all required background and security screenings conducted by Intralot Canada and/or the applicable Provincial Lottery
- A pre-employment drug screening is also a requirement
- Ability to travel within Ontario as required
- Ability to support testing, deployment, and implementation activities outside normal business hours when required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in lottery, gaming, government, regulated industries, public sector environments, or critical transaction-processing systems considered an asset
