Job Summary
Business Analyst sought by Watchtower Security to drive project success and optimize processes for a nationwide provider of fully managed video surveillance solutions serving multi-family housing. Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, documenting stakeholder requirements, monitoring KPIs and timelines, analyzing current workflows and productivity metrics, proposing data-driven process improvements, owning the requirements lifecycle for installations, generating comprehensive reports, assisting with budgeting and cost analysis, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Key skills include advanced Excel and Power BI, experience with Jira/Asana/MS Project/Smartsheet, strong analytical and communication abilities, stakeholder management, and familiarity with surveillance or security technology. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred, with location in Maryland Heights, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a closely related field is highly preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a similar analytical role
- Strong preference for experience within technical services, construction, or security technology industries
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Experience with Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with surveillance systems, wireless technologies, or broader security technology is a significant advantage
- CAPM or CCBA certification is a strong plus
