Job Summary
Gather and document business requirements, manage user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles from planning to execution, and serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. This role involves working across UK, AU, or US time zones to support an Australia-based client. Candidates with experience in the lending industry and Loan Origination System (LOS) implementations will be strongly preferred. The position requires flexibility to work remotely with a setup that supports international collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record of client management
- Strong documentation skills, with expertise in requirements gathering and process mapping
- Hands-on experience managing UAT cycles, from planning to execution
- Ability to work effectively across UK, AU, or US time zones to support international clients
- Remote work setup
