Job Summary
Analyze business requirements and develop solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to gather feedback. Create business process models and documentation, including BRDs, and maintain technical records. Support project teams in implementing solutions and identify areas for process improvement to suggest enhancements. Ensure User Acceptance Testing (UAT) knowledge is applied throughout the engagement. This two-month full-time on-site contract in Riyadh supports senior analysts in delivering business analysis deliverables within the client's financial services project.
Required Qualifications
- Must have UAT (User acceptance Testing) knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Computer Science, etc.)
- Min 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms or Big 4 is a plus (Mckinsey,BCG,OW, Accenture...)
