Job Summary
Manage Back-Office applications and projects within the Platforms & Solutions portfolio by working with internal users to understand business needs, handle requests, and support tool enhancements. Provide user support for ERP and Back-Office applications while handling incidents, issues, and enhancement requests. Contribute to ERP data management, integrations, and reporting activities, monitoring system performance to drive problem resolution. Update functional and technical documentation and support users in adopting tools and internal processes. This role supports operational improvement and tool optimization for major international sporting events, including the FIFA World Cup, within the Infront Sports & Media group.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in Microsoft tools
- Strong interest in ERP environments
- Strong interest in low-code/no-code technologies
- Good understanding of SQL databases
- Good understanding of application interfaces
- Good understanding of IT support processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
