Job Summary
Senior Technical Business Analyst to bridge mission stakeholders and technical teams. Lead complex requirement analysis, work with the Web Operations Team to deliver Out of the Box (OOTB) SharePoint solutions and low-code/no-code platforms (Power Platform). Meet with customers in-person and virtually to understand, collect, and analyze business needs; participate in agile development teams to design, develop, test, and deliver business solutions; assist with solution enhancements, bug fixes, user permission management, and platform migrations; train customers to use new solutions and collaborate with content owners to update SharePoint content. Design, develop, test, and deliver line-of-business solutions using OOTB SharePoint functionality; translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and user stories; maintain strong relationships with customers across government and military contexts. Requires active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance; experience with Power Platform, SharePoint Online, O365 tools, and related modern low-code tools is desirable. Location: Client Site - Alexandria, VA (US).
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to collect, analyze, and translate requirements to build effective solutions
- Strong understanding of SharePoint information architecture (creating sites, pages, lists, libraries, webparts)
- Experience working with government and military customers
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively with minimal oversight
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and train end-users on new applications
- Active DoD 8140/8570 baseline certification (e.g., Security+) is a plus
- Proficient in collaborating with development teams and translating business needs into actionable technical requirements and user stories
- Experience with Power Platform suite and SharePoint Online (SPO) is a plus
- Experience with agile development frameworks
- Secret clearance required, with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
