Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst to bridge stakeholders and technical teams on mission-driven client projects. Core responsibilities include meeting with customers (in-person and virtually) to understand, collect, and analyze business needs; participating in agile teams to design, develop, test, and deliver business solutions; training customers to use newly developed solutions and collaborating with content owners to manage SharePoint site content; designing, developing, and delivering line-of-business solutions using out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality and other low-code/no-code platforms (Power Platform); translating business needs into actionable technical requirements and user stories; collaborating with development teams on modernization efforts; providing ongoing documentation, mentorship, and support for post-implementation use and enhancement.
Required Qualifications
- Secret clearance required, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Proven ability to collect, analyze, and translate requirements to build effective solutions
- Good understanding of SharePoint information architecture (creating sites, pages, lists, libraries, webparts)
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform suite, Power BI, SharePoint Online, O365 tools
- Experience working within Agile development frameworks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
