Job Summary
Define and document business processes and requirements through collaborative stakeholder engagement, working with the business to deliver solutions with a smooth transition to production. Produce technical documentation including BRDs, RFPs, DRSs, and USs with acceptance criteria, then interpret requirements to translate them into viable solutions with tangible business benefits. Support development and testing during build and test phases while identifying new opportunities for technology. Communicate ideas clearly to both technical stakeholders and business end users, utilizing Agile methodology and tools like Azure DevOps. Manage activities and tasks to ensure work is completed to schedule within a changing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of 2+ years working as an IT business analyst
- Knowledge of all phases of the development lifecycle
- 3rd level Qualification
- Experience with UML, BMPN or other modelling notations
- Excellent communication, listening and writing skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to plan and track activities/tasks
- Ability to work to complete work to schedule
- Ability to multi-task
- Background in software development
- Experience of implementation and rollout to critical systems
- Experience in Agile methodology, preferably Scrum
- PBA or CCBA
- Be willing to travel (limited) if required to support project objectives
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Experience within SAFe
- Experience with Azure DevOps
