Job Summary
Business Analyst - Analytics bridging business needs with data and analytical solutions. Key responsibilities include requirement elicitation, stakeholder management, documenting data dictionaries, and driving data analysis for insights generation. Manage data from source systems for the data warehouse, identify data gaps, develop datasets, and support data blending and reporting using Power BI, Python, SQL, and tools like Snowflake, Oracle, and Hyperion. Deliver insights, storytelling, and presentations to senior stakeholders; collaborate with onshore-offshore technology and business teams; assist during UAT and explore KPIs, performance metrics, and strategic analysis to drive business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- Overall 4 to 7 years of experience in Analytics, insights or consulting
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Oracle, Hyperion etc.
- Power BI, Python, SQL
- JIRA AGILE framework
- Data Science concepts beneficial
