Job Summary
Conduct business requirement gathering through interviews, focus group discussions, and document analysis with clients and stakeholders. Analyze current business processes to identify pain points, gaps, and risks, then design proposed improvements. Translate requirements into functional artifacts including BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flows while developing and maintaining the product backlog. Facilitate brainstorming and clarification sessions between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding. Act as a liaison between business, technical, and operational teams to accurately translate needs into technology solutions. Provide consultation on digitalization, automation, and system integration while managing issues, risks, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure solutions align with business needs, architecture, regulations, and technical constraints.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to create clear documentation (BRD, user stories, wireframes, process diagrams)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in specific industries (e.g., fintech, banking, insurance, e-commerce)
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integrations
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SQL, BPMN, or UML
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, or product analytics platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
