Job Summary
Business Analyst Advisor in ENGIE's S&EM unit located in Houston, TX, responsible for liaison between business stakeholders and the Digital IT delivery team to ensure effective utilization of SaaS applications (pricing, costing, and billing/invoicing). Drives alignment, engagement, and end-user adoption of the SaaS platforms; maintains training materials and process documentation; designs future state process improvements; documents functional requirements and user stories; collaborates with PMO and Digital Delivery to assess technical options; ensures data governance and internal controls; facilitates issue resolution between stakeholders and SaaS vendors; provides regular progress reports to PMO and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst or Project Manager role
