Job Summary
Seeking a mid-level Business Analyst with active TS/SCI clearance to work with project teams on customer engagement. Requires 5+ years experience, strong analytical skills, knowledge of Agile methodologies, and proficiency in business analysis documentation and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with a polygraph.
- Ability to define and document customer business processes and functions, including business process diagrams, data maps, test plans, and test scripts.
- Ability to perform process re-engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to listen and relate to customers.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau or Cognos.
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Lifecycle or commercial contracting.
- Knowledge of Federal financial systems or commercial accounting.
- Ability to develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Experience with Federal government contracting and/or program office organization's business processes.
