Job Summary
Partner with Finance and business leaders to transform numbers into meaningful insights that drive strategy, performance, and results. Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, risks, variances, and opportunities while supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting with clear variance explanations. Build and maintain Excel-based models, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting templates, then create presentations and executive summaries that tell a compelling data story. Compare actual results to budgets and forecasts, dig into the why, and recommend smart, data-backed actions. This role requires 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you're comfortable exploring data and interpreting financial results
- The ability to explain complex analysis in clear, practical terms for non-financial audiences
- Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot)
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Excellent organization and time-management skills—you can juggle priorities and meet deadlines in a hybrid environment
