Job Summary
Identify, review, interpret, and clarify client user interface/user experience (UI/UX) requirements, then generate documentation to satisfy those needs. Effectively communicate these requirements to cross-functional team members and management while monitoring and reporting project status throughout the lifecycle. Contribute to research on past project impacts for upcoming deliverables and manage multi-language static content changes via a cloud-based CMS. Ensure all content modifications are thoroughly documented and identified for translation where necessary. This role supports New York State of Health's Health Benefit Exchange, providing comprehensive coverage to over 6.7 million New Yorkers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related technical field or equivalent
- Three (3) years as Business Analyst in an Software Development environment
- Minimum of (1) year a User Experience Business Analyst
- Experience working within one or more software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and understanding of all stages of project life cycle process
Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare Domain Experience is a plus
