Job Summary
Conduct process analysis and documentation by engaging with business units to understand workflows and identifying improvement opportunities. Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, collaborate with stakeholders to refine and validate them, and develop user stories. Execute test plans and scripts for user acceptance testing, document defects, and support resolution efforts. Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to communicate project updates and facilitate discussions for defining future state processes. This Business Analyst role supports the Teachers' Retirement System of Oklahoma's multi-year modernization initiative to replace legacy systems and transition to a unified, cloud-native environment for over 210,000 members.
