Job Summary
Lead discovery and design sessions to convert business needs into clear, actionable requirements for Workday Recruiting improvements. Perform impact analysis across integrations to prevent risk, develop end-to-end testing strategies, and execute QA while managing defects. Partner with operations to facilitate User Acceptance Testing and recommend continuous improvements to streamline workflows. Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or Business Systems Analysis roles
- Direct experience with Workday Recruiting testing and basic configuration
- Deep understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and workflows
- Experience with QA/UAT methodologies and defect management
- Ability to perform system impact analysis across integrations and downstream processes
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and focus on data accuracy and system integrity
- Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders and communicate technical concepts in business terms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Experience working with HR systems, integrations, and SaaS platforms
- Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, and analysis
