Business Analyst 2 (Night Shift)

Business Analyst 2 (Night Shift) focused on defining and maintaining requirements documentation, configuring systems to meet client requirements, and leading client requirements meetings. Responsibilities include developing requirements documentation, creating test plans and performing testing (including regression testing), identifying reporting needs, drafting change orders and assisting with project planning, coordinating with developers to ensure adherence to standards, guiding team members on best practices, training clients on large-scale change orders, and ensuring timely delivery by escalating concerns to the Project Manager. Also responsible for vendor file updates and ongoing support, along with transitioning processing requirements to the Business Systems Administrator and maintaining all requirements documents per standards. Interaction with clients to establish relationships and ensure understanding of component ownership, as well as ongoing issue research and impact analysis for changes and new functionality.
