Job Summary
Define critical metrics for the lending pod and monitor performance trends to influence data-driven interventions. Collaborate with business and product teams to translate problems into analytical statements, then own the insight generation phase through deep analysis and unbiased answers backed by evidence. Act as the analytics and visualization SME by designing dashboards for easy consumption, while mentoring team members and contributing individual thoughts on improving critical metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of overall analytics experience
- 1 year of experience in the lending domain
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills
- Penchant for business & curiosity to understand how the product works
- Ability to write complex queries on SQL to manipulate, consolidate multiple data sources for the purpose of dashboarding and analysis
- Intuition for data and ability to handle big data sources
- Strong working knowledge in Excel and visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView
- Understanding of data-analysis languages such as R, Python and in core statistical concepts
- Ability to clearly explain thoughts and ideas either verbally or in the written form
