Job Summary
Lead business analysis for initiatives across Futures Clearing and Global Fixed Income product portfolios. Translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications; collaborate with trading desks, risk, finance, and technology teams to drive alignment. Drive impact assessments, planning, and estimation; produce BRDs and process flows; support UAT, governance, and delivery execution. Requires 7–10+ years of capital markets BA experience and strong knowledge of futures, fixed income, or derivatives, with familiarity in front-to-back lifecycle and Agile/Hybrid delivery; experience with ION-XTP, Calypso, or Murex is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of business analysis experience in Capital Markets
- Strong knowledge of Futures, Fixed Income, or derivatives products
- Understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle, valuation, and risk
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with experience supporting senior stakeholders
- Experience with front-to-back trade lifecycle and delivery frameworks (Agile/Hybrid)
- Familiarity with systems such as ION-XTP, Calypso, Murex, or equivalent is an asset
