Business Analysis Associate - Project Manager - Remediations and Corrections

Remediation and Corrections Consumer Banking Project Manager responsible for end-to-end management of correction case activities across Consumer Banking, Connected Commerce, and Business Banking books. Applies a disciplined approach to ensure remediation/correction cases are completed, with appropriate customer atonement or compensation when applicable, following CCB Remediation & Corrections Guidelines. Engages with partners across Legal, Compliance, Controls, Finance, Tax, Communications, Analytics, Testers, and print vendors to drive successful project outcomes. Responsibilities include facilitating status meetings, building timelines, managing deliverables and milestones, handling all customer communications, providing accurate reporting on populations and financials, creating presentation decks for awareness and approvals, communicating status to senior managers, and ensuring adherence to guidelines. Collaborates with diverse teams to align efforts, leverages digital tools to enhance processes and customer interactions, and provides insights and recommendations aligned with project objectives. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of Consumer Banking experience and cross-functional project management, with emphasis on leveraging AI tools for data analysis and strategic insights.
