Job Summary
Review and process product activation requests within a defined suite, validating eligibility criteria and documenting decisions with accuracy. Conduct routine and ad-hoc account reviews for participating non-profits, identifying and processing rejections, suspensions, and re-validations based on fraud-risk criteria. Provide operational support for onboarding new programs and partners, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute special deliverables and one-time deep-dive investigations into anomalies. Manage the lifecycle of program operations from activations to health reviews, ensuring all activities comply with fraud prevention guidelines and program policies.
